St1 is looking for a Commercial Operator to join its Nordic team in Mölndal, a role for those who want to combine business-related administration with daily contact with customers and suppliers in an international environment. You will play a key role in the flow of sales, purchasing, and distribution of oil products. We welcome your application!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Commercial Operator at St1, you will be part of the Nordic team within the Marine business area, located at a co-working space in Mölndal. Together with 5 colleagues in Sweden and additional staff in Norway, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for the sales and distribution of oil products to the marine industry, shipping companies, resellers, and traders.

In this role, you will have daily contact with both customers and suppliers, with most communication taking place in English. You will be responsible for handling and coordinating operational and administrative tasks related to purchasing, sales, and deliveries. Examples of tasks include order placement, order confirmations, pricing, booking deliveries and pumping, as well as invoice coding.

You will work closely with internal functions to ensure that processes and self-checks are functioning and executed on time. The role requires a professional demeanor and a good ability to build relationships with external contacts. Since the business operates around the clock, you may sometimes need to be available outside of office hours for urgent matters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Responsible for pricing of oil products
Responsible for booking deliveries and coordinating pumping
Handle order placement and send order confirmations
Code and verify invoices

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a university degree in areas such as economics, finance, logistics, or maritime studies
Has at least 4 years of experience in similar tasks
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work
